A Nigerian wedding is really two guest lists, a seating plan and a busy gate all at once. Groups, tables and zones the way a wedding actually works
Organise guests into named groups and place each group on tables, arranged in front, middle or back zones. Guests can even pick their own group when they RSVP, so the bride’s side and groom’s side sort themselves. At the gate the scanner shows each guest’s table and group, so ushers can direct people to their seats.

Send invitations on WhatsApp and email
Deliver each guest a personal invitation with a link to RSVP and open their unique QR entry pass, on the channel they actually read. WhatsApp delivery is live, and email works alongside it, so a guest with only a phone number is still reachable. Nothing is ever sent without you choosing to, and you can resend to just the guests who missed theirs.

Collect RSVPs without the back-and-forth
Share one RSVP link. Guests submit their own details, you approve or decline, and approved guests are added to the list and issued their pass automatically. RSVP is included, so you can confirm numbers and catering before the day without chasing anyone.
A calm, fast gate that keeps out gate crashers
Each guest carries a unique, single-use QR pass. Your ushers scan it from any phone in about a second: green means welcome, red means denied. A forwarded or screenshotted pass is rejected on the second scan, so uninvited guests (mogbo moya) do not slip in behind a real one. It keeps working if the hall loses network and syncs when the connection returns.
