Setup Assist is a done-for-you service, free with every event activation. Instead of learning the platform yourself, you send us your guest information and our team configures the whole software side inside your dashboard.

That includes the step most people miss: preparing each staff scanner before event day so it keeps working if your venue loses network. You review everything when it is ready and approve it.

Can I edit everything afterwards?▾
Yes. You own the event and can make any changes you want at any time after setup.
Do I pay extra for Setup Assist?▾
No. It is completely free with every event activation. There is no fee, no tier and nothing to upgrade to.
Do you prepare the scanners for offline use?▾
Yes, and this is the part people most often skip on their own. Each staff scanner needs to be prepared with your guest list while it still has a connection, and once that is done it keeps verifying guests even if your venue has no network. We handle that before your event day.
Can I send names through WhatsApp?▾
Absolutely. Many of our clients simply send their guest list as a WhatsApp message.
Can I upload an Excel file?▾
Yes. We support all common file formats, including .xlsx, .csv, and Google Sheets.
What if I forgot to include some guests?▾
You can always add more guests later from your dashboard, or just send them to us.
Can I still manage the event myself?▾
Yes. Setup Assist is just about getting you started. You are in full control of your event.
Can I cancel the setup?▾
Yes. You can cancel at any time before your event is activated.
