QR Invitation Cards
Personalised QR invitation cards and digital passes for every guest
Put each guest’s unique QR code directly on your invitation design, or send a separate QR pass. Either way every guest gets a personalised entry pass that only works once.
PrivePas gives every guest their own QR code and lets you deliver it the way that suits your event. Embed it into a beautiful invitation card you have already designed, or keep your invitation separate and send a standalone QR pass. It is the same secure code that gets scanned at the gate, so your invitations and your access control are one system used for weddings, corporate events, conferences, tech events and ticketed events alike.
Two ways to deliver every guest’s QR
Choose the approach that matches how you want your event to feel. QR on Invitation Card embeds the code directly into your personalised design; Separate QR Pass keeps your invitation and the code apart.
- QR on Invitation Card put the guest’s QR straight on their personalised invitation, then download, print or distribute the cards
- Separate QR Pass use your own flyer or no invitation at all, and send each guest their QR pass digitally
- Both carry the same unique, single-use code that is scanned at check-in
Design the card, place the QR exactly where you want
Upload your invitation design and position the guest name and QR code over it. You control the QR colour and its background, and you can make the background fully transparent so your card design shows through behind the code. A live preview updates as you adjust, so what you see is what your guests get.
- Upload your own card template (PNG or JPG)
- Set the QR colour, and turn its background on, off (fully transparent) or a colour of your choice
- Nudge the QR and name into place with a live preview no guesswork
- Every card is personalised with the individual guest’s name and their own QR
Download, print, or send digitally
Generate every guest’s card in one batch and download them to print or hand out, or send passes to guests by email. Because each card is tied to one guest, sharing a card with someone else does not get them in the forwarded code is rejected at the gate.
- Batch-generate and download personalised cards for your whole list
- Print physical cards, or deliver digitally by email
- Each pass is single-use, so a shared or screenshotted card cannot be reused
Right for weddings, corporate events and ticketed events
A wedding wants a beautiful personalised card; a corporate summit or conference wants a clean digital pass at scale; a ticketed event wants thousands of unique codes that cannot be duplicated. The same QR invitation system covers all of them.
Frequently asked questions
Can I put the QR code on my own invitation design?
Yes. Upload your card design and position each guest’s QR and name over it, with control of the QR colour and background. A live preview shows the result before you generate.
Can the QR background be transparent?
Yes. You can turn the QR background off completely so only the code shows and your card design shows through behind it, or set it to any colour you like.
What if I do not want to design a card?
Use Separate QR Pass mode: keep your own flyer or send no invitation at all, and give each guest a standalone personalised QR pass instead.
Are the invitations personalised per guest?
Yes. Every guest gets their own card carrying their name and their unique QR code no two are the same.
Can I print the cards?
Yes. You can batch-generate and download every guest’s card to print or hand out, as well as deliver passes digitally.
Does a shared invitation let someone else in?
No. Each code is single-use. If a guest forwards or screenshots their card, the second scan at the gate is rejected.
